At times, SEAGD customers require assistance paying a gas bill.

SEAGD offers a budget billing service for customers who would like to make equal payments for gas service throughout the year. This helps reduce the spikes in bills during winter heating months especially.

Payment of gas bills may also be made by credit card. SEAGD accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard in all offices, by phone or on-line through e-care.

Customers who find themselves unable to make a payment may also contact Organized Community Action Program (OCAP) to apply for financial assistance.

Additional financial assistance is also available through the American Red Cross' Project Share program.
