Students are the future of our communities, and SEAGD is partnering with public schools throughout Southeast Alabama to help ensure that our future is a successful one! Of course, providing utility assistance whenever possible is the best way we can partner with local schools, but we are also on call to support the academic, athletic and artistic needs of our schools. With continued proration, our school systems are doing more with less, and companies like ours are helping fill in the gaps. SEAGD employees have cleaned debris from athletic facilities, painted interior and exterior walls, provided landscaping, built outdoor seating, assembled playground equipment and even constructed raised vegetable gardening beds alongside school personnel and students. Our Give Back to Schools initiative has allowed schools to provide classroom supplies to teachers, upgrade technology and even partially fund staff positions. Together, we are all building stronger communities!
